If list --details and --diagnostic are both set, just do --diagnostic #184

There is considerable overlap between the --details and --diagnostic output (--diagnostic includes everything --details does). At the same time, the --diagnostic output should separate out ID3V1 and ID3V2 content. And it should provide user-friendly names for common ID3V2 fields.

Decided to simply drop the --details flag
