5 months ago As of now, this unfortunately has no priority for me. I also can't say how much work this would be, because my app doesn't do much on the backend side, but this feature would require some more work here.
Nevertheless, if anybody wants to develop this, I would be happy to review a PR.
Would be nice to have the option or a occ command to automatic convert all heif/heic images to jpeg
