Script is hanging running with Strawberry Perl on Windows 11 #736

I understand this is supposed to work on Windows too?
Anyway, II installed Strawberry Perl and ran the script but nothing happens, it just hangs until I control + c.
If I type in an invalid option then it does list the correct options and exits, but without any options it just hangs.
I tried with and without an Administrator Prompt.
