Many of the doc pages have broken links #82

For example, http://supernova.readthedocs.org/en/latest/gettingstarted/usage.md is linked to from http://supernova.readthedocs.org/en/latest/gettingstarted/. It would appear this should go to http://supernova.readthedocs.org/en/latest/usingsupernova/ instead.

Confusingly, the search also lets you find broken pages. For example, if you search for 'group' you will get one result:

http://supernova.readthedocs.org/en/latest/usingsupernova.html?highlight=group

The result summary shows text that appears appropriate, but clicking the link takes you to a page with some ascii art I don't understand and the message 'sorry this page does not exist yet.'

Thanks for opening the issue, @rillip3. That's on my list of things to fix. I did a migration from RST -> MD a while back and I knew there would be some straggler content. :(

@rillip3 I fixed up the broken links, but the search functionality in RTD still seems broken. I have no idea why the user is redirected to a page ending in .html when that directory won't exist. Can you see something I'm missing?

The search seems to be working now.

The one result returned links to http://supernova.readthedocs.io/en/latest/usingsupernova/?highlight=group which is a valid page.
