External Image Display Error : This stream does not support seek operations. #203

Describe the bug Some externals images are not loaded

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create an empty report
  2. Add an image control in the body
  3. Check External
  4. Copy / Paste this Url : https://th.bing.com/th/id/R81a7991185ed2dfcfcaaee0b746b026b?rik=MPA7yfyOk2MlVQ&pid=ImgRaw (random image in the web)
  5. Set sizing to FitProportional
  6. Validate
  7. Generate the report
  8. Show the error : This stream does not support seek operations.

Expected behavior The image should be grab and insert in the report without error
