…erous NuGet packages. Charts that now use Vector graphics will work. (This was a fix we had to apply to fyiReporting back when we were collaborating with Kim Sheffield and introduced the EMF processing)

@majorsilence Piter we work on code and functionality most. We don,t modify any build scripts and package, because we building from our branch. Can you check fail on CI?

@Gankov I've pushed some changes for the appveyor build scripts.
