Zoom on rdl designer #229

Hi. These are all my changes to My-FyiReporting to implement following functions: (1) During RDL editing implement Zoom capability in order to have better control on items positioning. (2) Since I use a lot Table Layout I needed a way to better control page break using possibly a formula, so I implemented a PageBreak function Thanks

Was there a particular reason for changing the color from grey to yellow in the header?
