user_overview-x.x.mkp - no data in cmk raw edition #3

the sidebar snapin shows no data in cmk raw edition (nagios core). Will look at this soon

no column "downtime_reccuring" in nagios core. have to check if nagios or cmc is running

added check for running core (user_overview-1.4.mkp)
