Upgrade Rubocop dependency #33

makandra-rubocop currently depends on Rubocop 1.18 and breaks on Ruby 3.1. It seems 1.24 introduced support for Ruby 3.1. Current version is 1.24.1.

Can we upgrade to the latest version? Pretty please :pleading_face:
