Can't register new account

I can fill all the form without error, but at the last step when I adde the Back image of identity, select the agreement box and click Register, nothing happens, it just refresh the page and bring back the step 3 of Back image of identity . No error, nothing. Can you please help?

The problem was with phpmailer ... I have solved it ... You can download the application again

@makdosx I have tried to register on the easybank app, after successfully filling the form it displays pin error please suport with us. On page-register4.php I have edited the smtp settings and it still does not register or send pin to email. What should I do thanks?
