Milestone 2 ready.

Summary

Changes in RPC requests/responses from versions 1.4.1 and 1.4.3 included in the SDK.
Dedicated types for all RPC responses.
All Casper types are available in the SDK. Functionality to convert to/from native C# types is provided.

TODO

Complete documentation.
Extend unit testing coverage.
