Alpha Release: Face House Experiment w/ Emotiv #7

This is the first functional version of the app, released for use in teacher training programs.

In addition to a rough UI, this release features:

Navigation with React Router and a top NavBar
Emotiv and Muse connectivity
Event marker injection into Emotiv data stream
jsPsych experiment presentation in a Redux-controlled component
File reading and writing (CSV)
Jupyter kernel connectivity through Redux Observable epics
Epoching, filtering, PSD and averaged ERP plotting
