Tap is listed as not being able to APT update #17

As title says, Tap is listed as being incapable while being capable of doing so at https://docs.makedeb.org/mpr/list-of-mpr-helpers/

That was written up before I had added the APT package support. Regardless, it needs to be fixed - I'll see if I can get that done shortly.
