Years ago, Ben Balter created so_far_so_good. It's in ruby, and clearly unmaintained. But I love the functionality and want to revive it here.
Basic functionality will include lookup of an individual section and subpart.
Eventually, we may want to consider search and clause matrix stuff. But for now, sticking to the basics.
