Migrate pages from mhv website that belong on wiki #2

One of the sections in pages_that_are_not_migrated_to_jekyll.md are pages that need to be moved to the wiki. These probably need to be done by hand as they don't follow any standard layout. Happy to help people with how to do it. Even doing one is helpful.

I've found a converter from mediawiki to dokuwiki, and written up a way to use it http://space.makehackvoid.com/dokuwiki/howto:conversion_from_html_to_dokuwiki

If you have windows, there might be a more direct path - https://www.dokuwiki.org/tips:htmltowiki

Please update the dokuwiki page if you find any better/different ways.
