Look at adding social media feeds & lakecam, temperature etc to home page #84

Original plan was to have flickr, Facebook, twitter feeds on the home page - to have it more a magazine style of page. The new lakecam and temperature feeds might be interesting too. Probably need to get a dev branch working on the server so we can try out different options for this.
