setup private github repository for MHV documents #9

Logged in members (or maybe just committee) can see http://www.makehackvoid.com/community/tenancy-insurance-documents on the site. These should be moved to a private github repository. There are some files in a directory for the committee on morphia which should also be moved (probably overlap between the two)

Update https://github.com/makehackvoid/makehackvoid.com/wiki/Pages-that-are-not-going-to-be-migrated-to-jekyll when this is done.

Done except for the ABN document - I can't read the pdf for it.
