Bank reconciliation #57

Simplest version of this lets payments be matched with pending payments and marked as completed. Could just be screen with tick boxes, or could use data imported from bank account.

Fuller version would try to match all bank transactions and possibly have way of creating new entries for unmatched transactions.

No longer required - using gnucash instead.
