Colour highlighting of active vs expired members #63

Use last agreement date to highlight whether a member is expired or not.

I've got a somewhat proof-of-concept of this, processing on the client when the table is loaded: 1fa8afb813f9a0f73a61cec1dd14474e816c3517 Still needs some work, and I'm not sure what would be architecturally preferred either.

I think my preference would be to Have everything processed server side.

But that might just be me being old school.

I agree with @jamiereid, I feel like this would be easier to implement in the Jinja2 template? It would also improves accessibility for those without JavaScript.
