Updated the pip requirements #165

Added minimum versions to the pip requirements.txt file. Related to issue #105.

Maybe this got slightly extreme, now. You can hardly get newer versions of the libraries, except you're going to compile from master... Those are definitely not the minimum required versions, but the maximum possible ones...

IMHO

numpy >=1.17.4
pyoppengl >= 3.1.0
PyQt5 >= 5.14.1

should do it. That's Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, and most likely Debian stable, too.
