Git tag for version 1.3.0 is missing #243

According to the announcement on the website Makehuman 1.3.0 has been released, but there is no v1.3.0 git tag.

Could this tag be added to both this repo and the makehuman-assets repo?

Thanks. Yes, that should obviously have been done.

I've added the release (and thus the tag) now. The binaries are too large to attach here though.
