Feature request

Page that displays all courses as a list.
/courses/
Fetch all courses
List views show some subset of data
- Name, start date, stop date, description, owner
Allow users to filter active, ~~open enrollment~~
Allow a user to enroll in open enrollment course* Let's not worry about this yet. For now just show a list of courses.
