I just watched your Revision 2017 seminar and was quite impressed! I updated README.md to link to the seminar so folks could more easily get a sense of makepad's capabilities.

Rebased on the present master. I also added the link to what I believe is paniq's shader you are using for the buttons and other vector elements, as you mentioned in the video.
