docs: Update Docker Compose setup menu options from 1-6 to 1-8 #116

Changes

  1. Updated the action options list to include the new "Backup Data" option:
    • Changed "Again the options [1-6] will be popped up" to "Again the options [1-8] will be popped up"
    • Updated the "Exit" option from 6 to 8 on the end of the same line

@DeclanE47 Thank you for noticing the error and raising this PR. We are completely revamping the pages under the Self-hosting section which will be published by the end of this week. All of this will fixed in that PR. So I'm going ahead and closing this PR.
