Make the schema for values in ce and enterprise charts match #42

It's very strange that the enterprise chart and the ce chart have different values. For example there is a .services block in the enterprise chart but not in the ce chart. Either they should match or even better there should really only be a single helm chart.

It will result in a major version update of the Helm chart. We are planning to change it in our upcoming releases.
