11 months ago @moshtaghmaveddat, as @srinivaspendem mentioned, this feature is already underway. We have significantly enhanced our rich text editor (https://github.com/makeplane/plane/pull/2358) on the issue detail page and are focusing on improving the experience with iframes, embeds, previews, and more.
Besides Figma, what other design tools would you like to use for previews or embeds?

11 months ago Hey there @moshtaghmaveddat, as @vihar and @srinivaspendem pointed out, we're working on getting much better link previews, embeds, etc and your feedback on more potential integrations like Figma would be awesome to hear!!
Here's something until then if you're interested, I was just experimenting on loom embeds (a very basic version though) https://github.com/makeplane/plane/tree/loom-embed

as a UX Designer, there are more tools to which I send their link regularly, and having link previews would help a lot BUT I don't know if we can cover them all via iFrame, so I would Split them in two main categories:
1-Some of them have really something to show like a Design from Figma. like:
2-Some of them may need to be shown bigger at the End Comment/Text, Like a link of a Doc from GDrive but showing a part of its content doesn't help at All, On the other hand, Having a Card view of that Document and showing the name of it would help users to recognize and click on it easier.

Summary
It would be fantastic if we could paste the Figma design link and the Plane automatically creates a live Link preview. or take a screenshot of the Frame/Section/File after pasting the link.
Why should this be worked on?
User Stories:
as a Designer, I need the Figma link preview so I don't have to take a screenshot or export my design, and the Figma link beside it. so it would be much easier to share a Design.
as a Product Manager or Developer, I need to be able to click on the whole Figma link preview to go to the Figma link so I don't have to look for a blue hyperlink.
