Summary

Feature request: Add None selection for all possible properties (available today):

• assignee,
• label,
• start date,
• target date (so, not state, mention , created by)

And in the future,maybe:

• Cycles
• Modules

Why should this be worked on?

Today, it is only possible to select None in filter for Priority

In the example of modules, this should also support checking a specific module and none.

So for example If I want to see all issues of the module "Newsletter" and issues that belong to no module, this should be possible.

I was also looking for this feature as it is currently very difficult to effectively triage existing issues in our project. My typical workflow is to create new issues with a minimum viable amount of detail (title, brief description, perhaps a priority or label), and then a few times a week to go through and "groom" the project, adding assignees, due dates, modules, cycles, etc. as necessary. A filter to show me all issues without a due date defined would be incredibly useful for this
