[bug]: Incorrect Version Number in UI in Plane Pro v1.5.0

Current behavior

When I look at the version number for Plane by clicking the ? in the bottom left corner the version number should be v1.5.0. It is v1.4.0.

There is no doubt the server is still accidentally running v1.4.0 because the Local Cache option introduced in v1.5.0 is available.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Plane
2. Click the ? in the bottom left corner
3. View Version Number

The version now reads as v1.5.1. Perhaps the previous version was cached in my browser. However I have not yet deployed v1.5.1, the install is on v1.5.0 so the version number is still incorrect.
