Not a bug but a hint for everyone trying to run a Nema17 (2.5A) in full step mode. The A4988 and the board will not be able to supply enough power to get these to run smooth! even when setting step pulse time ($0) to above 200 you will skip steps.
Back down to 1/16 and everything is smooth. Acceleration set to 250 ($110)
