Hello, no one wrote :-(. I already know how it is. The problem is that the CNC control should always have the motors under current so that the spindle does not move, for example when changing the tool. But the control board thinks the motors are still moving. That's why it keeps saying I have to wait. The only way to reset the axes is not to set $1 to 255 (constant excitation current of the motors), but for example to 20-250ms. Then the router can only be controlled using the offline display.
Hello, I can't reset either axis using the display. a message always appears: Please wait machine stop! DLC32 CNC V2.0 board, TS 35 display, firmware 2.1.0._H35 _20220510_CNC, or 20220526 - non-functional for both resets. Limit switches installed, on all axes, setting $20,21,22=1. Using USB and PC program, everything is functional. Overall, I have a pretty bad feeling about this product. Web interface, not functional for CNC. It's a shame, because otherwise the product doesn't look bad. Thanks in advance for any advice or firmware fix. Martin.
