Unknown parameters in GRBL configuration #387

What are $X parameters: $38, $40, $103-$105, $113-$115, $123-$125, $133-$135

I could not find any referensies.

Here is the wiki page for the grbl32 settings including the extended ones. Aside from the $38 and $40 parameters, the others are for the A,B, and C axes which are not supported on the DLC32 as there are only three axes drivers.
