Which version of MKS-dlc32 should I use for pen plotting? #425

Hello everyon, I would like to know which version of MKS-dlc32 firmware should I use for controlling a pen plotter with it and also the LED TS35 screen

In order to run the pen plotter, the Z axis should be a servo motor, so it can lift the pen up and down. Any idea how can I tweak the firmware to run this servo motor?

I am looking to do the same thing. It looks like there are 2 options in the firmware (CNC or Laser). I am going to try cnc and see if that works. I was trying to use FluidNC on this board for my plotter (CoreXY) but aside from losing the ability to use the TS35, I was getting error messages pertaining to wifi :( Also, I am using a 28byg-48 stepper in place of a servo (This is supposed to be less noisy). Wish I could help, but I am where you are now. Try this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2lcFyC-5ww4&t=281s
