Using Both 3Dtouch and H43 screen on ROBIN E3 V1.1 #111

Hello, I have a problem for using pins on motherboard. Servo pis defined as PA3, which is also needed to be used by H43. Is there any one have that issue. I am a newbee about those problems so please anyone can help me?
