The path firmware has been a period of time that the latest version of marlin has not been updated synchronously. It is recommended that you download and configure it directly from the marlin official website

the bord is not accepting any firmware ,is like did,or maybe need bootloader. how i can flash a bootloader on it?

If you want to update bootloader, you need use JLINK tool connect to SWD (J1)
