Cooloing fans not working. #157

I have just fitted MKS - Robin-E3D V1. 1 and everything seems ok except for the part cooling fan and the main board fan are not working. I followed Teaching Tech videos to compile marlin so i my coding skills very limited. Can anyone help.

Are you using any bulk converter?

No Buck converter.

The firmware turns on the fan by default, but it cannot turn on the fan when it is operated on the lcd? Or does it not automatically turn on the fan after heating to a certain temperature?
