MKS_nano_v3 and MKS_TS35_v2 encoder not working #65

I am asking for help in solving the problem with the encoder. At the beginning everything was ok, after compiling and uploading Marlin 2 the display encoder does not work

What firmware do you use?

bugfix-2.0.x compiled VSCode I also downloaded the version (https://github.com/makerbase-mks/Mks-Robin-Nano-Marlin2.0-Firmware), after configuration everything works fine, only the display encoder still does not work.

I tested it, and the same as your feedback, I have reported it to our engineers.
