Format error #69

Hi Everyone! I can not connect to mks robin v2.2 to raspberry pi with ocroptint in log i can see the error:

I would say tetbfirst connecting it to your PC. Using repetier, and see it is detecting it or not. If neither the Repetier is detecting it then you might have a defective USB/ serial com port.
