42C not working with nema 17 60mm but works with nema 17 39mm

Hello,

I have an ortur 4 with skr 1.3 motherboard.

On Y I have install MKS-SERVO42C with success on a nema 17 39mm.

Then I have install the MKS-SERVO42C on a nema 17 60mm and the issue start :

I have a strange behaviour when command Y+ or Y-, the stepper don't mouve or move too much

• This is strange because on a 2209 driver the nema 17 60mm works.
• The calibration phase works ok
• I am using the same magnet than the nema 17 39mm, I have transfert it to the 60mm.

If you can tell me if I can use a nema17 60mm stepper. How to solve or diagnostic my issue.

hello,

I found the issue !

The position of the mainboard was too close from the stepper motor.

I have raised the position by 3mm as the original whasher.

Sad I did not ear from MAKERBASE
