I'm not from the mks team but I own an Elegoo N4P and as many other folks have been dealing with a lot of issues, mostly because of playing around with klipper on this machine. I would suggest you to reflash the stock elegoo image. In order to do that you need an emmc adapter to connect it to a pc and dump the image. Join Elegoo's discord server, there are several ongoing discussions on this between users and elegoo support
Not sure if this is the right place for this so let me know and I will delete this issue.
Recently took delivery of an Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro and tried to install some wifi drivers. It couldn't build them due to some missing linux headers so I decided to just plug in ethernet. When I rebooted, the boot drive was corrupted and I was merely kicked out to the uboot. The uboot also seems corrupted as I get voltage errors whenever I try to communicate with the first partition on the eMMc or 'saveenv'. Is there any way to reflash the whole system? It does not see any devices plugged into the TF card interface or the USB and it can't communicate over the ethernet port whether I try dhcp or static IP.
