I'm only seeing 0.05v on the endstop connections

I'm only seeing 0.05v on the endstop connections #75

I thought they were supposed to be 5v. Measuring from the v to g or v to s. Am I missing something? Do I need to change a jumper? I can't get anything to work without the endstop sensors working. I just get an error.

Retested today and I'm getting 4.87v Go figure.
