No support for 3 extruders on repetier firmware #348

Hi!

I'm using MKS GEN 1.4 with repetier firmware, now I updated printer to 3 extruders, but I can set only 2 in MKS TFT32, How can I work with 3 extruders?

Tft32 does not support 3 nozzle display for the time being.

Actually, that is my problem... My board is Rumba + but my TFT is 28 v 4.0 3 extruders and 2 fan...
