WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ESPTOOL.EXE contained in the suggested download ESP8266 core package is infected with W32.Sality.AE VIRUS!!! (according your advice to download the package: Please directly download the esp8266 core on MKS Github to the arduino data path, eg, "C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\esp8266\hardware\esp8266".) Also reported by different other users on https://github.com/makerbase-mks/Esp8266-Core-For-Arduino (see issues which are open for a long time already!!!) Can youe please ensure that the infected ESP8266 core package gets removed and replaced with a clean one please!

MKS WiFi also has "strange" compile issues (may be because of the ESP8266 core issue....) can you please advice how to compile THANK YOU

Ofcourse I have the same issue!

To be honoust, I am thoroughly disappointed by MKS in general!!! 1) first the ship the wrong items, without reply on communication so I had to use paypal to claim refunds, only after which they suddenly can communicate.

on the software side 2) to start here, virus (warning) in official github file, with no solution expected. 3) impossibility to uses the latest marlin 2.1.2. with MKS PWC v3.0 and MKS_UI on MKS TFT35 v2.0 all three there "own" products, that are incompatible, and no solution is expected. older 2.0.9.3 seems possible, only because some functions are silently turned off.
