Add beta skeinforge (ability) #205

This doesn't actually put any skeinforge in, just adds a ghost support for 'sf_XX_profiles' and 'skein_engines/skeinforge-XX'.

I'm closing to rebase and it needs the ability to check for the folder's existence first.
