repository 'https://github.com/makerdao/exchange-callees.git/' not found #9

When running git submodule update --init --recursive per the README the following error is thrown:

Cloning into '~/auction-demo-keeper/testchain/lib/exchange-callees'...
remote: Repository not found.
fatal: repository 'https://github.com/makerdao/exchange-callees.git/' not found
fatal: clone of 'https://github.com/makerdao/exchange-callees.git' into submodule path '~/auction-demo-keeper/testchain/lib/exchange-callees' failed

It looks like https://github.com/makerdao/exchange-callees.git does either not exist, or is not a public repository.
