Add TokenPocket on Wallets Section

In trying to do some due diligence before accepting this PR, I cannot find any Ethereum examples of tokenpocket being used. In fact I can hardly find any user reviews or information about it at all.

This seems to be primarily an EOS wallet, with not much info on how it interacts with the ETH network.

Please link me to any reviews of tockenpocket that show it being used on Ethereum or having a Dai balance and I will approve this PR.
