Title: Developing a Framework to Aggregate Analytics for MakerDAO
Your name/handle: @goldfarbas
Proposal abstract: As part of the Marketing Framework, MakerDAO’s decentralized marketing program needs a transparent process for reporting analytics associated with individual and collaborative marketing efforts.
This can start with something as simple as a spreadsheet owned by a member of the marketing team where anyone organizing events, publishing stuff, or maintaining websites associated with MakerDAO can go to share analytics associated with their efforts.
The owner can be responsible for providing a monthly report to the community on what’s happening in the community and how well the community is doing in marketing its efforts.
This helps the marketing team:
Promote cool stuff in the community (Overlaps with David’s Communications Plan for Meetups)
Develop a baseline for understanding what types of campaigns, content, events, etc. work well and what types don’t.
Research:
What analytics already exist or could be collected with our current output?
This was loosely approved on 8-29, since it was dependent on #720, with four members in attendance
You can see a dedication to stats on the forum TBD where they fit in the Maker Relay.
