Complete once for each poll.

[x] Sync the Community GitHub repository
[x] Ensure you are working from the latest master branch
[x] Read the associated 'Proposal' or 'Request For Poll' post in full
[x] Identify the best template
[x] Copy the template file
[x] Update filename
[x] Update dates
[x] Update titles
[x] Find and replace instances of parameterized values marked with '$'
[x] Ensure the poll contains a clear and concise explanation of what is being voted.
[x] Ensure poll summary accurately reflects poll content
[x] Update the outcomes section to accurately reflect the outcomes of the poll.
[x] Ensure that parties implicated in vote outcomes are aware of the poll outcome text.
[x] Add links to appropriate documentation where necessary
[x] Read the poll text in full with the above points in mind

[x] Does the filename have the .md extension?
[x] Does the filename contain banned characters? <>:"/\?*|
[x] Do titles contain banned characters? <>:"/\?*
[x] Are the poll options too long? (Less than 30 characters as a rough guide)
[x] Do the options have distinct numbers in the preamble?
[x] Are the start and end dates present and correct?
[x] Does the vote type match desired vote type for the poll?
[x] Is the default option correct in metadata?
[x] Is the preamble ready for submission?
[x] Is vote descriptor present + match vote type?
[x] Are the 'Review', 'Outcomes', and 'Resources' sections present?
[x] Will the Data/parameters present in the poll be accurate at the time the poll is live?
[x] Are the dates correct within the text?
[x] Are all the relevant links provided?
[x] Are all the links working?
[x] Are the outcomes clear and comprehensive?
[x] Do any '$' parameter signifiers remain?
[x] Does the poll summary accurately reflect the poll content?
[x] Inform the reviewer that the poll is ready to review
