• Updated Node Requirement We have updated the version requirement for Node.js from 16.0.0 to 18.17.0. Node.js is what our application runs on and the updated version provides the latest features, updates and security improvements.

• Updated Next.js Requirement Our application uses Next.js framework. In this PR, we've updated its required version from 13.4.20 to 14.2.2. This update brings enhancements in performance, security and feature sets.

• Updated React Types Requirements React is a JavaScript library we use to build our app’s user interface. We've updated the required versions for @types/react and @types/react-dom packages. These updates contain type definitions which assist with type checking and tooling within our codebase, ensuring better code reliability.

• Updated ESLint-Config-Next Version ESLint, a tool that helps in identifying and reporting on patterns found in JavaScript code, has been updated to its newer version (14.2.2 from 13.3.0). This should help us in maintaining code quality by more effectively identifying potential issues in our application.
