Adding D3M to spell.

D3M Checklist:

DIRECT-AAVEV2-DAI as the ilk
Need a new aDAI PIP
tau parameter - 7 days
Need clipper / abacus
Need to auth ESM in D3M for gov attack - do in spell
Need to auth CageMom from D3M for no-delay cage - need to auth the cage mom in spell
