Update cast-tenderly script

Goal

Update current cast-to-tenderly script to work with new Testnets/Vnets API, according to the docs provided by Tenderly.

Context

• Each spell has a virtual testnet
• The trace is shared on the new-spell channel along with the spell address.

Acceptance

• Script is updated
